A reliable and professional all-trades reactive and planned maintenance, refurbishment and construction company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We have years of experience and lots of happy customers under our tool belt.
Owner, Graham Nash, has a solid reputation for quality, consistent reliability, exceptional client liaison and sensitivity to the special needs of education and healthcare. Many builders won’t take the time to find out what their clients want, we’ll go the extra mile to suggest the best way around a particular problem, providing plans, planning permission help and advice, and a superbly finished build.
What’s more, we’re well-known for delivering projects on time and to budget. We always like to keep the areas that we work tidy and respectable at all times.
We have helped more than 300 people who have been ripped off by cowboy builders. We have done work for free and often found other tradespeople to help too, saving people thousands of pounds and making homes habitable and comfortable again. We have also offered invaluable support and guidance on who to talk to if you’ve been ripped off by a cowboy builder. Our projects helping victims of cowboy builders were covered by ITV’s Building Nightmares programme and Leeds Live. Owner, Graham Nash was voted The Winner Of The SGS Local Hero Award 2021.
“Mum of two, Nicola decided to have an extension at the back of her house to give her space to work as a hairdresser. Nicola got in touch with a local builder who she knew through a friend of a friend and asked him to do the job. She says she was told the works would cost £17,500 and be finished in 6 weeks. But all didn’t go to plan. The relationship with the builder completely broke down – and work stopped, leaving the half-built extension open to the elements for 10 months now.
Luckily, Nicola may have found a solution to her half-built extension, in local construction boss Graham Nash. Graham has started a one-man campaign to help householders who feel they have been ripped off.
He says he will rebuild the extension – and he hopes to raise £50,000 to pay for materials for Nicola and other households with poor quality building work.”ITV Building Nightmares, 18th November 2020
“A Leeds builder has gone above and beyond to help “hundreds” of people rebuild their homes after being scammed by cowboy builders for thousands of pounds.
Graham Nash, 50, of Morley, has worked for free, rallied round local tradesmen to help – and sometimes, spent money out of his own pocket to restore people’s broken homes.”Leeds Live
Graham Nash was voted The Winner Of The SGS Local Hero Award 2021;
“Earlier this year, we launched our inaugural Local Hero Award, with the view of celebrating tradespeople in your area who had gone above and beyond to help their community during the Covid-19 pandemic.
We have been blown away by the stories of the builders, plumbers, electricians, joiners, gardeners, mechanics etc – who have done so much to help during this difficult time.
We are now happy to reveal that Graham Nash of Pinnacle Builders in Leeds was voted the winner in our public poll (with 39% of the 2,000+ votes).”SGS Local Hero Award 2021
