All our Quotation and Estimates are valid for 30 days due to material increases
We will first submit our quotation or estimate in a detailed format easy for our clients to understand.
If there are any elements of work you are not clear with, our qualified staff will assist you in anyway to clarify any building terminology.
On submitting our quotation / estimate if there are items not on our breakdown they will not be priced for, so our clients are clear what they are getting within our price.
We will give a budget for kitchens and bathrooms outside of our quotation as every client's taste in this area is different. We will provide brochures from our suppliers to help you choose the fittings / fixtures of your choice.
On agreeing with our price there will be a small works contract to safeguard you as our client and PPD, that work will be completed for the price stated within our quotation and time scale given.
Any additional works will be priced and agreed before the work starts.
There will be a payment plan in place before the work starts. Not at any time will your payment exceed the work done.
We will leave a 10% payment of the quotation amount at the end of the project for snagging and completion. This has to be paid within seven days from the completion date.
Any project that requires UPVC windows, conservatory or a porch, will have to be paid for the materials on order.
All Quotation work is undertaken by Graham Nash to ensure our clients meet the man responsible for providing the service you deserve.
