Dormer Bunglow Conversion and Refurbishment
These photographs are of the home belonging to TV Presenter Kate Webster.
Note the new formed roof with Velux roof lights located in the master bedroom and the new walk in wardrobe with adjecent ensuite bathroom.

This loft conversion and complete refurbishment was undertaken for Mrs Cockrem in Scholes Leeds. Her previous experience with a builder in Lancashire left her felling there was no good builders left. It was reassuring to her after seeing work we had completed, also getting recommendations from my previous customers. I do have internal photographs to introduce on this web page. Mrs Cockrem through this job as also become a very close friend to me and my family. What a lovely Lady to work for. I am sure she would be happy to provide any recommendations to my future clients. Mathew Richie was the Building Inspector on this project and one of his collages took our number to undertake work for them.

This refurbishment is a house we are converting to 2 four bedroom luxuary flats including a cellar conversion

This living room was converted into a bedroom shown below, The building work on this flat took only
8 weeks to complete , this was including the cellar conversion . ( see photographs in our cellar

We took out the old bath , stripped the room This doorway was blocked up for the new kitchen
New shower room was tiled from floor to ceiling New stairs to the refurbished cellar conversion
